How do I start a repair request?
Click on any button that says “Create a Service Request” to fill out our online form to get started. You can also call our number at 888-816-1046 to start a request. Once we have your information, we will contact you then send you an RMA with further instructions.
What types of devices/machines do you repair?

We repair the following devices:

I have a warranty on my machine. Will the repair be covered under the warranty?
In most cases, as long as you have a proof of purchase and your device is still within the warranty period, the repair will be covered. Please note that any physical damage or loss of device is not covered under warranty. For more information on the warranty of your device, click on any of the links above.
Can my machine still be repaired if either the machine or the damage is not covered under warranty?
Yes, our repair center does non-warranty repairs as well. To get a quote, call our repair center at 888-816-1046 from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
Is there anything I can do to fix my machine before sending it in?
Call us at 888-816-1046 from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST for a free diagnostic/consultation. We may be able to guide you in resolving any issue thru the phone. We do not recommend self-repairs for any device as it will void the device’s existing warranty.
How long will the repair take?
For a time estimate, call in to our repair center at 888-816-1046 from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Keep in mind that you will be without your device for the time it takes to get shipped in, repaired, and then shipped back. Your turnaround time will depend on how far you are from our Las Vegas location and how many repairs are in the queue ahead of you.
Will my device lose all saved data?
Some repair services (such as motherboard replacements) will remove all stored data from your device. Please back up any important data you have stored on your device before sending it in. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
Can you replace my device instead of repairing it?
We do not offer replacements in place of repairs. In the event in which your device can no longer be repaired, during an approved service and after all options are exhausted, you may possibly be issued a replacement.
I tried repairing my device myself, can I send it in for repair or diagnostic?
Yes, you can still send it in for repair, however, any attempt to do so will void any existing warranties for said devices.
When do I pay the repair center?
Transactions are made after the machine has been fully repaired and before shipping. You will be contacted before any transactions are made. We will not take any payment without your consent.
What types of payment do you accept?

We accept any major debit or credit cards from the following services:

We also take take third-party payments through PayPal.
